Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We do not offer refunds, but store credit will be issued for qualifying returns in the form of a gift card sent to your email.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is damaged or defective.
Any return that does not meet these conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
For U.S. orders, damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
For international orders, damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Please email wendy@pinkdoxieboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (including packaging).
Items reported outside the timeframe may not qualify for return or credit.
