- Orders of $100 or more: FREE shipping!

Local Store Pickup: If you are local and prefer in-person pickup to save on shipping fees, select in-person pickup at checkout to bypass shipping charges. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.

RETURNS
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We do not offer refunds, but store credit will be issued for qualifying returns in the form of a gift card sent to your email.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless your item is damaged or defective.
- Any return that does not meet these conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
- All Final Sale and Discounted items are ineligible for return and are sold as is.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- For U.S. orders, damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- For international orders, damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Please email wendy@pinkdoxieboutique.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage (including packaging).
- Items reported outside the timeframe may not qualify for return or credit.
EXCHANGES
- Need a different size? We’re happy to help if the item is in stock!
- If your desired size is unavailable, you’ll receive store credit instead.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of both the return and the new item.
